Weekly Reflections 2013

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 5 TERM 4

This week I enjoyed athletics I tried my hardest at everything but I didn't make it in for anything but this year I was versions harder people Robert won everything except high jump he is the fastest the strongest and the best at long jump hopefully next year I can do way better.

Next week I won,t to work on everything make it all better

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 4 TERM 4

This week I enjoyed ROWING!! it was so fun we learnt how to actually row the right way and what order to do it in i rowed about 2km thats a whole race I was sweeting afterwards.When i go to college i might start doing rowing!!!

Next week I need to work on My'n and Carson's Comic

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 3 TERM 4

This week I enjoyed Tech we are sending our house and a whole story about it into a competition where you can win prizes and stuff like that we had to explain how we built the house and our steps to how we made and how we got they idea.

Next week I need to work on our Hobbit Script and  am looking forward to ROWING!!  

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 2 TERM 4
This week I enjoyed YEAR 8 TESTING we had three tests to do we had Reading where there was one word the same as it and you had to replace it with the word with the same meaning,Vocabulary where you read a story and there wore questions you had to answer it was good,Math it was challenging but i got through it .

Next week i want to work on getting my comic finished for writing!!

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 1 TERM 4

This week I enjoyed just getting straight back into school because it's the last term then we all hit college pretty soon i can't wait but this week I enjoyed doing volleyball at the college we had a tournament and we can third out of eight teams so we did pretty good.

Next week I want to work on getting some of my Milestones.

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 6 TERM 3

This week i enjoyed presenting my speech to Mrs Hull i got 64 out of 100 i got the highest out of my group that's pretty good for my first speech in two years my speech was about screen addiction.I hope i can make it to marama finals.

Next week i need to finish my Writing and Reading but i have finished Maths!!!

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 5 TERM 3

This week i enjoyed getting go to two places Sam Tane's and Cam Gordon's place this was so fun we were filming a short film and a commercial for our made awards thing.We are sending it in hopefully we can win that would be great.

Next week i need to work on keeping up to date and to try make it in for my speech  

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 4 TERM 3

This week i enjoyed Music we preformed to our group it was so cool Isaac wasn't here so i had to do the wrap it so scary being up on stage singing by your self and trying to stay focused and not trying to stop i think i did good for my  first time in front of a big group.

Next week i need to work on NOTHING for a first!!!

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 3 TERM 3

This week I enjoyed p.e we are playing ultimate Frisbee it is so fun we have won one so far and we have lost one we are an awesome group when we play well we have got short little passing succeed but we need to work on passing long and to them. 

Next week i need to work on trying to reach the year 8 standard by staying on task.

This week i enjoyed doing everything this week it was cool as  we did everything this week .

Next week i hope that i can make it in to hauraki plains for cross country.

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 1 TERM 3

This week i enjoyed getting the choice what we want to do for made awards i am doing static image it is going to be cool as i can't wait until i do my photo on the hockey turf with someone hitting the ball and i cracking open it will look cool as.

Next week i need to work on Writing and Reading and Maths.   

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 10 TERM 2

This week i enjoyed getting how to be a leader from te aroha that's her name she was such a big help to us like teaching us game's and how to be a leader like being a team and courage and team work to help each other and we played some fun as game this was on Tuesday and Wednesday it was awesome how tobe come a leader.

Next week i want to work on nothing it's the holidays  HAHAHA.  

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 9 TERM 2 

This week i enjoyed Getting a milestone for Jrock it's called Performing Arts, I have got my first milestone for they year also this week I enjoyed doing A new track for cross country i got four thats pretty good for me but i could do better next time.

Next week I can't wait for the last week of school. 

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 8 TERM 2

This week i enjoyed starting Croos country i have learnt that to not to talk while doing it and I achieved my goal for J-rock it was for stage i was good as on stage that was the best day of my whole life J_Rock's awesome and i am going to do stage challenge at college. 

Next week i need to work on nothing.

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 7 TERM 2

This week i enjoyed waka ama day at Huntley college we did kayaking,mountain biking,soldier walking and a song my favorite was mountain biking because we did an of road track thats were i fell of my bike and the other won was when you were on stone and we went through all of the puddles it was so fun.

Next week i am looking forward to J ROCK it is going to be cool we are preforming at Claudelands in Hamilton we have to be at school at 8 so we get there at about 9 i hope that we can get an award so that will be our 2 or 3 one.  

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 6 TERM 2

This week i enjoyed getting the to practice in school time we went through so many times i can't count that much the best thing is that we are preforming to the students and the parents next week it was so cool being in J Rock and missing all of class time.

Next week i need to work on getting trying to push my self to try and complete my art by the end of the term i need to really stop talking and get on with all of my work if i can do that i will be so pleased. 

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 5 TERM 2

This week i enjoyed well nothing there wasn't really anything i enjoyed this week except j rock which we learnt the second bit j rock is kind of fun we have completed it but haven't practiced it a lot we need to work on it.

Next week i need to work on not much just completing my'n and Zac's Floor planner for school we have to re decorate the classroom how we would like it like anything different furniture and try make it work more better.   

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 4 TERM 2

This week i enjoyed getting to look at some new stools and couches and cool other things going in our room and a gym balls some students and teachers went to Auckland School and looked and got ideas they have got an elevator because it is 2 stories high that's very cool.

Next week i want to work on getting my writing done about my leader my hero who i look up to and what i want to get out of life like who i want to be and what can i achieve in life,who is my hero and how are they a hero to you

  

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 3 TERM 2

This week i loved NYLD National Young Leaders Day my favorite speaker was Cameron Calkoen he inspired me to become what ever i want to be his favorite word is awesome he quote is If you build a dream a dream will build you.HHe made me want to be come a better leader than i already am.

Next week i need to complete all of my art get it all done and try and complete reading writing and maths before all my meetings on wednesday tuesday monday and friday and i need to book in a conference.   

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 2 TERM 2

This week i enjoyed doing fun as things like getting to join the drama class we do funny as things like put one thing in the middle and you have to use it as something but not the same things other people have done

ek i can not wait for NYLD national young leaders day we meet cool people and get to do some fun as games     

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 1 TERM 2

This week we just got back into school we had to still do everything MDR and AWS and READING and WRITING it was pretty good getting back into school it is good as for my writing and reading mettings

Next week i need to work on getting all of my work up to scratch so i can improve in maths reading and writing         

FIRST POST OF THE YEAR

This week has been awesome just in a new class with a new teacher is so cool my teacher is mrs Taaffe  she is awesome this week has been awesome i've applied for some leadership roles i hope i get them.

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 1 TERM 1

This week I enjoyed getting to leadership day which was about becoming a leader and the head boy and head girl came down and the gave us a talk about becoming a better leader and what a leader needs to know about becoming a leader and being respectful.

Next week I want to work on getting my art finished and getting all of my work done that means my have to's IT"S GOING TO BE SO FUN

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 2 TERM 2

The best part of this week was going to tech and doing metal and making a door hook also when we got back we got our leadership roles i got house leader for Patiki and i got to be apart of the sports team and we got to make a Pizap thing we got to do twelve things that we love.

Next week i am looking ford to getting to start our impact project about construction and buildings it's going to be fun and we are also starting to do swimming it's going to fun because we are starting to do every stroke backstroke,freestyle,backstroke and butterfly i'm so looking ford to it.




WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 3 TERM 1

This week was so fun We just finished a tech class I was in metal. MY next tech class is going to be so fun I am in film making 

Next week I would like to finish my bio cube I hope that I can finish it in time befor I meet with mrs Hull

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 4 TERM 1

What i enjoyed this week was getting to go to a new tech class i was in the camera and movie creator it is going to be so fun making a quick film next week we are making a quick film and we get to go in threes so me Vorn and Jackson are going together.

Next week i am looking ford to getting first in all of my races at because i am racing in the 1 lengths and i hope i win freestyle,breaststroke,backstroke, and butterfly and the three way medley and the four way medley.

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 5 TERM 1
This week i enjoyed getting to go to Hauraki Plains swimming. For my first race, one length breaststroke i got 1st. For my second race, one length butterfly i got a second Jack Leonard beat me. For my last race, one length backstroke i got 1st again. It was so much better than ngatea swimming i did worse there.

Next week i want to work on putting in more punctuation in my writing and on my blog.I hope that next week i can stop talking and getting on with my work and getting better at punctuation in all of my writing.

This week i enjoyed getting ready for camp next week is going to be so fun we are doing rafting,mountain biking,action world, all of these things are going to be so fun i can not wait for camp.

This week i enjoyed completing my art i stayed in morning tea and lunch time and finished it i love everything about it next we are starting some new art i hope that i can do a good job like i did this time 

Next week i want to work on beating everyone at hockey big day out i hope that i can get all of my work done at the same time 

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 9 TERM 1

   This week was so cool we had Hockey Big Day it was so fun we came a first tie with Robert's team they were so hard to beat i think they were the best  team there this week they where hard as it was an awesome day though

Next week i am looking ford to only 2 days of school it is so cool

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 10 TERM 1

This week i enjoyed doing the RIPPA RUGBY TOURNAMENT it was so fun our first game we won 8-6 to us,the second we won 13-2,the third game we lost 6-8,we won our fourth game 9-5 to us,then we were in the semi finals vs paeroa central a we won 8-4 to us we didn't play the finals so we both tied for first it was the best day ever.

Next week i am looking forward to getting back into p.e it is going to be so fun but i don;t know how it is going to work i hope that i can get i the top group because i love doing p.e and i am look forward to getting to go do impact and going out to look at a house with solar panels and wind turbines   

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 11 TERM 1

This week i enjoyed being on nps news at they assembly it was so cool it was for hockey big day out we first tied with Robert's team we probably should of bet them we were so close to beating them also this week i enjoyed my writing meeting it was so fun i have completed everything that was the best writing meeting ever.

Next week i am looking forward to the last week of school it is going to be fun i am looking forward to doing my Reading meeting,and my Writing meeting it is going to be so fun and i am looking forward to they assembly because i am on it again for ripper rugby 

WEEKLY REFLECTION WEEK 12 TERM 1

This week i enjoyed watching the room 12's play's the first on was about the girl how lied to the villagers then when she really needed them they didn't come and some of the pigs got aten by the wolves the next play was about the tortoise vs the rabbit when the tortoise vs the rabbit and the rabbit has a sleep on the course an the tortoise passed him and won it was so cool 

Next week is the holidays
